We operate on a monthly pre-order system.

Each month there is a cut-off date for placing orders. Once this date passes, all orders are processed and moved into production.

Production and shipping usually take 3–4 weeks from the cut-off date.
As soon as we have confirmation, we will provide updates with your expected dispatch and delivery dates.

Once an order is placed we will release the cut off date for the coming month.
