Due to the nature of our business we do not offer refunds/exchanges on orders.

However if your item is faulty/damaged we are happy to offer you an exchange or credit note for the value of your purchase.

If this happens you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. 

Returns must adhere to the following:

• In original packaging
• No signs of wash/wear
• Tags must not be damaged or removed
• No stains/hairs/odours 

We reserve the right to return your item back to you if it does not adhere to the above.
